A Vietnam veteran and Atlanta native, Noble earned his BS from Troy State University in 1976 and an MS in exercise physiology from the University of Tennessee, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA. His career has spanned elite athletics, military training, and sports medicine.
Since 1990, Noble has led Preventive & Rehabilitative Sports Medicine Associates in Huntsville, while also owning multiple fitness and sports consulting businesses. His client list reads like a sports hall of fame, including Duke basketball under Mike Krzyzewski during an era of nine Final Four appearances and three national titles.
