Biography

Bill Childress was known by everyone in the athletic community in the early days of Huntsville Athletics. Bill also served the youth of this community as a Pee-Wee football coach as well as coaching the boys as they grew older. Many of his former players are now members of The Huntsville-Madison County Athletic Hall of Fame.
